All online orders will be processed using PayPal. PayPal payments may be made via major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American express.

To make a purchase, simply email us at sales@tribe.com.sg with the item's product code, colour choice and quantity.

We will revert shortly with a PayPal payment invoice.

Orders are generally shipped 3-7 days from the date of order. For items that are out of stock, the order may take an additional 1-2 weeks. Thank you for your patience.

DOMESTIC

All domestic orders within Singapore are shipped via SingPost Standard Regular Mail for delivery within 5 working days.

Shipment within Singapore is free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped via DHL express. Shipment may take up to 3 weeks.

All duties/taxes incurred by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments do not include delivery confirmation, but postal insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

Shipping and handling charges vary from country to country. To find out more about specific shipping costs, please email us with the item(s) you intend to purchase.

Note: we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of a package at the fault of the carriers if you choose not to purchase insurance.

All sales are final. We want you to be happy with your purchase so we go through great lengths to ensure that all merchandise is represented accurately with detailed descriptions and clear pictures. We accept returns under the following circumstances:

• If you are shipped the wrong item(s). We do, however, require you to return the original item(s) before we can ship the right one out.
• If your item(s) arrives damaged or is defective. We do thoroughly inspect each item before shipping it to ensure this rarely, if ever, happens.

To accept returns, we must be contacted within 3 days upon the receipt of your purchase.
