Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our event venue and catering services! The following Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients who wish to utilize our catering services and event space. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to these guidelines and policies associated with our services.

Booking and Use of Event Venue  

 

1.    Operational Hours

 

a) Event Hours: 9am to 10pm 

 

b) Hotline Hours: 9.30am to 7pm.

2.    Booking

a) Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.​

 

b) A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

 

c) Full payment must be made 5 days prior to the event date. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking.

 

d) Changes to event date: Upon confirmation of the booking, should the Client request a change of the booking date, an administrative fee of $80 will apply, with a minimum of 3 days' advance notice required.. Reservation subject to space availability. 

 

3.   Cancellation

 

a) Client Cancellations: Cancellation must be made in writing. No cancellation of reservation allowed 3 days before the actual event. If Client needs to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% from the total payment. 

 

b) Venue Cancellation: The venue reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

 

4.   Use of Venue

 

​a) Access Times: Access to the venue is allowed only during the operational times specified in the Terms & Conditions . Additional charges may apply for extended hours.

 

b) Capacity: The client must adhere to the maximum capacity limits set for the venue. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

 

c) Set-Up and Clean-Up: The client is responsible for set-up and clean-up of the venue within the agreed-upon times. All decorations and personal items must be removed by the end of the booking period

 

d) Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its contents during the event. A damage deposit may be required and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the premises.

 

5.   Catering

 

a) In-house Catering: We offer in-house catering services that clients can choose for their event. 

 

b) External catering from outside vendors is allowed with prior approval from the Tribe venue management. 

While you are welcome to engage the services of external caterers, the event space must be left in a        clean and orderly condition after use. Failure to comply will result in a $200 cleaning fee being applied to your final bill.

6.   Conduct

 

​a) Noise Levels: Noise levels must be kept within acceptable limits as per local regulations. The venue reserves the right to terminate the event if noise complaints are received.

 

b) Behavior: The client and their guests must behave in a manner respectful to the venue and its staff. Inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the event without refund.

 

7.   Liability

 

a) Personal Belongings: The venue is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the venue by the client or their guests.

 

b) Insurance: The client is encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any liabilities or unforeseen incidents if necessary. 

8.   Force Majeure

 

Unforeseen Events: The venue shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events  beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

 

9.   Miscellaneous

a) All Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Off-Site Catering 

1.    Delivery Hours : 9.30am to 7pm. 

 

2.    Hotline Hours: 9:30am to 7pm.

 

3.    A $30 surcharge applies for off-site catering delivery before 9.30am.

 

4.    Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation.

5.    A minimum order amount applies to all delivery orders, subject to the selected menu (minimum order amount may be adjusted during Festive period).

 

6.    No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders.

 

7.    For orders placed via Hotline or Website, the delivery charge applies to each order delivered to a single location.

8.    Delivery charge of $35 per trip is applicable for mini buffet and bento sets which are delivered in disposable containers.

9.    Delivery charge of $150 per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders.

10.  A $8 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49.

 

11.   There will be a $8 Festive surcharge added to all delivery orders during this time.

12.   A $30 surcharge will be applied to deliveries to locations without direct lift access, Sentosa, and Jurong Island.

13.   No cancellation of orders allowed. Any request to change the date of delivery would be subjected to a $30 administrative fee with at least 3 days in advance notice.

 

14.   Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification.

 

15.   We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality.

 

16.   We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit.

 

17.   To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

18.   Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. TRIBE will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.

 

19.   All items/ dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

 

20.   Please note that the food visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only. The actual appearance of the food may vary.
